CSP Charmaine Hammond Earns the Certified Speaking Professional Designation (CSP)

May 15, 2017–Charmaine Hammond, professional speaker and bestselling author  has earned the CSP™ (Certified Speaking Professional) designation. Established in 1980, the CSP is the speaking profession’s international measure of speaking experience and skill. About 12 percent of the speakers worldwide hold this professional designation.

The CSP designation is conferred by NSA on accomplished professional speakers who have earned it by meeting strict criteria. CSP’s must document a proven track record of continuing speaking experience and expertise, as well as a commitment to ongoing education, outstanding client service, and ethical behavior. CSP Charmaine Hammond is one of 43 professionals to earn the CSP in the class of 2017. Hammond will be honored during a ceremony on July 8 at Influence 2017, NSA’s annual convention in Lake Buena Vista, Fla.

CSP Charmaine Hammond, started her career as a Correctional Officer. This career inspired her next career path as a dispute resolution expert, mediator and professional speaker. In 1997 she opened  her own business and has never looked back.  She  has helped transform the lives of thousands of people and workplaces teaching collaboration, conflict resolution, and resilience.  She recently launched a new business, Raise a Dream with business partner Rebecca Kirstein, together they help entrepreneurs raise their dreams through collaboration partnership and sponsorship.  Charmaine is a professional speaker, facilitator and,  she is the author of 5 books and is featured in 7 others.
