They interviewed pioneers in politics, education, advocacy, and social entrepreneurs for WisdomExchangeTv.com. It was pioneering women’s inspiration and grassroots experiences that were a catalyst to transition from years of training leaders and sales teams in influential communications, to focus on working with SMEs to make conscious-contributions™.

Now Suzanne F. Stevens works with leaders and entrepreneurs to maximize their meaning and resilience by making their contrition count for them, their organization, and the community. Leaders are empowered to ignite an inclusive culture while having a social, economic, cultural, and environmental impact. Strategies attract, engage, and retain colleagues, customers, and collaborators — sustainably and profitability.

In every keynote, session or workshop, Suzanne F. Stevens brings her audiences to the front row by using a customized approach, her entrepreneurial experience, vast international adventures, human observations, a slice of humour, and interactive process to get the audience to explore how to make their contributions count for you, me, we.

A hint, incorporating diverse perspectives in business executions increases creativity, innovation, productivity, and profitability. But you know that. Research has been spouting such claims for years. So why has your leadership team not embraced diversity? Perhaps with the escalation of the #BlackLivesMatter, #StopAsianHate, and #Metoo movements (to name a few), organizations acknowledge they can no longer put their head in the sand. The global pandemic has amplified many of the social, economic, and environmental gaps. Although addressing societal gaps has always been necessary, it will be essential during economic and social re-emergence. Organizations small and large can re-imagine and re-energize their offering to be more diverse and inclusive to benefit communities and their businesses.

Clients and consumers are more exposed to the power of collaboration and what is possible when we re-imagine how to bring our offerings to market. What if you can attract, engage, and retain your employees on their terms while meeting your mandate?

The global pandemic has highlighted and expanded the social gaps that exist. Organizations small and large will need to re-imagine and re-energize their businesses to meet the social needs to benefit their colleagues, customers, and the community or beyond.

Colleagues seek more meaning at work, and a vital way to provide it is by creating space for employees to contribute to what they care about. Traditional forms of corporate giving don’t offer collaboration with colleagues and, therefore, limit the business's benefits. If there is collaboration, often employee commitment to the cause is lacking.

Through an interactive keynote, employees connect to each other and to what they care about, launching a framework to make their contributions count: the result, accelerating employee connection, engagement, and loyalty while contributing to the community.

Suzanne shares dynamic, thought-provoking, and inspiring stories and strategies on how organizations can collaborate to have a social impact. With interactive keynotes, the audience will be motivated to ask: "How do I make my contribution count for me, my organization, and my community? The audience will be inspired, informed, connected, and motivated to act!

Suzanne will take the audience on a journey, where:

  • Contribution perceptions will be challenged

  • Colleagues will be connected to each other and what they care about

  • Innovative ideas to connect and contribute will start to flow

What if your multi-generational employees feel they are active contributors to the success of the business? What if they experience meaning at work? What if your organization had a foundation of high-trust, high-performance, where high-happiness is realized?

How would your culture be impacted? What practices would a leader need to implement to attract, engage, retain, and bolster such talent?

Suzanne has interviewed hundreds of entrepreneurs and leaders and uses research that exposes why employees don't want to work, and why they do. Through the lens of conscious leaders, strategies emerge to bake into your organization’s DNA. Diverse employees are transformed into intrapreneurs, where they are empowered, productive, and purposeful — creating a culture where everyone profits.

In this dynamic, thought-provoking, and interactive keynote, the audiences will:

  • Learn what motivators attract, engage, and retains top talent

  • Identify personal leadership gaps

  • Be armed with eight conscious leadership practices that will create a culture of collaboration.

What if each member of your multi-generational team felt valued and that their contribution significantly impacted the organization's success?
What type of culture would it create? What ripple effect would it initiate?

Sponsors, members, employees, and colleagues want to affect an organization's success. As a leader, you need to let stakeholders know their contribution counts! People often join or collaborate with an organization for the learning, money or the profile; they stay for how they are valued. Turning individual recognition into a culture of appreciation can increase stakeholder engagement and performance while experiencing a heightened sense of purpose – allowing everyone to profit.

During this dynamic, thought-provoking, and interactive keynote, the audiences will:

  • Demonstrate the value of appreciation on employee’s retention and inspiration

  • Be equipped with low cost, easy to implement strategies where individuals and teams will feel their contributions counts

  • Using neuroscience, the words we can use to demonstrate authentic gratitude.
