JAY KIEW BIOGRAPHY

Jay Kiew, the expert strategist, is a belief-shattering keynote speaker, management consultant, and once the world’s youngest Distinguished Toastmaster.

With over a decade of experience at Deloitte, TELUS, and ADP, Jay has advised 400+ CXOs and 4000+ HRBPs on designing, developing and delivering organizational transformations. Now, as the managing partner at Citizencentric, Jay Kiew partners with leaders to drive strategy, human capital and leadership solutions.

Prior to founding Citizencentric, Jay Kiew was the Head of Strategy & Transformation for TELUS Health Virtual Care, leading a team of change agents, strategy managers and program/project managers to revolutionize digital healthcare, helping integrate teams and products post-acquisition.

As a former Human Capital leader within Deloitte’s management consulting practice, Jay was able to learn from a plethora of public sector and healthcare transformations, often leading Strategy, Organizational Design (OD), Organizational Change Management (OCM) and Leadership Alignment functions on projects. Jay Kiew comes with five years of experience as ADP’s only cross-border specialist, having consulted 360+ CHRO/CFOs on international HR requirements related to their initial international office expansions.

Active in contributing back to his community, Jay Kiew currently sits on the PMI West Coast Chapter board of directors and brings over a decade of board and volunteer experience across different organizations, such as Toastmasters International, Junior Achievement, the Do What U Luv Foundation and the Canadian Retinoblastoma Research Advisory Board. He is one of the co-organizers of DisruptYVR for 2023, an information exchange designed to energize, inform and empower people in the HR field.

In addition to his PMP and Prosci certifications, Jay Kiew holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of British Columbia and an MBA from Ivey Business School. His work has been featured in the Financial Times, Globe and Mail, Financial Post, Change Leadership, Longwoods Publishing and more. Jay Kiew lives in Burnaby with his wife, baby daughter and a stubborn Shiba Inu named Brooklyn.
