She has learned that being an athlete has no size and her mission is to help women on their journeys to live their best lives – body, mind and soul.
As a plus size woman most of her life, she knows what it’s like to walk into a gym, feel intimidated, not know what to do and wanted to make a safe space for women to feel comfortable in the gym, build their strength and their confidence – in and out of the gym – so they can live their best lives!
