Being an insomniac, Lana discovered energy with the 20 minute workout video at 16 and became obsessed with fitness. She had an ignition of passion, that the world was her oyster and set out to pursue a career in fitness with uncertainty and doubt from others. She wanted everyone to know of this magical elixir.
She had to acquire a lot of skills along the way and eventually at 38, she opened her own gym! Then just like that, all the years of hard work and education were taken away from her because she didn’t trust her intuition and took on a new business partner. She lost everything: her first business partner, her spouse, her clients some of which had become good friends, and all the money she invested into the business. She was angry, bitter, sad, and lost. She had devoted her whole life to this and now it was gone! Now what?
