Charmaine Hammond Earns the Certified Speaking Professional Designation
The Speakers Bureau of Canada (SBC) is pleased and proud to announce that professional speaker, Charmaine Hammond and member of the Speakers Bureau of Canada has earned her Certified Speaking Professional designation in May of 2017. Congratulations from SBC and our speaker community!
Established in 1980, the CSP is the speaking profession’s highest international measure of speaking experience and skill.
The CSP designation is conferred by National Speaking Association (USA)* on accomplished professional speakers who have earned it by meeting strict criteria. CSPs must document a proven track record of continuing speaking experience and expertise, as well as a commitment to ongoing education, outstanding client service, and ethical behavior. Hammond is one of 43 professionals to earn the CSP in the class of 2017. Hammond was honored during a ceremony on July 8 at Influence 2017, NSA’s Annual Convention in Lake Buena Vista, Fla.
CSP Charmaine Hammond started her career as a Correctional Officer. This career inspired her next career path as a dispute resolution expert, mediator and professional speaker. In 1997, she opened her own business and has never looked back. She has helped transform the lives of thousands of people and workplaces teaching collaboration, conflict resolution, and resilience.
Hammond is a professional speaker, facilitator, the author of five books and she is a contributor to seven others.
