• We adhere to your process for pre-event calls, bilingual requirements, slide submissions, and translations, ensuring a streamlined and effective collaboration.
• We curate our roster of esteemed speakers, with fees starting at $2,500, to ensure accessibility and value for Government organizations for various types of events.
• Our commitment to bilingualism in Canada is evident in our dedicated effort to recruit bilingual speakers, ensuring adherence to the bilingual standards essential for events and organizations with such requirements.
• We follow your lead based on each event and organizational structure, tailoring our services to meet your requirements. Recognizing the budgetary considerations of Government agencies, we negotiate fees, travel expenses, and total costs to align with your financial parameters.
• Our practice is to include all expenses and additional charges within the “total fee,” based on your guidance and suggestions.
• Importantly, the fees of our speakers are negotiable to accommodate the specific budgetary needs of Government organizations.

Tailored Government Contracts and Payment

• We also offer tailored services to utilize your contract for each event.
• We also have created SBC agreements, designed specifically for in-person and virtual events with Government organizations.
• We can send you the blank copies for your consideration and will follow your lead if you wish to use your contract.
• These agreements incorporate language that references the Acts and Laws of Canada.
• Our policy with Government organizations is to collect payment is always due after services have been rendered.
• This ensures a seamless integration of our services with your contractual and legal frameworks.

Intellectual Property (IP) Rights 

• The Speakers Bureau of Canada respects and maintains the IP rights of the speakers.
• We always encourage the speaker to follow your process and to submit their slides for translation and have the event recorded to share with participants who could not attend on the day of the event.
• Our contracts must state that the speaker retains ownership and control over their content and slides, while also granting necessary access for translation purposes.
• This is crucial in maintaining both legal compliance and the integrity of the speaker’s work.
