Are you planning an event or hiring a keynote speaker for the first time? Do you require a motivational keynote speaker to ‘wow’ the audience to activate the audience to inspire them to make a change in their lives and achieve higher results? Maybe both? There are high stakes involved when planning an event and it is important to hire the best keynote speaker for your organization & the attendees.
WHAT MAKES SPEAKERS CANADA DIFFERENT? THE SPEAKERS BUREAU OF CANADA HAS A DISTINCTIVE FOCUS TO CONNECT CANADIAN TALENT FROM OUR BUREAU FOR CANADIAN ORGANIZATIONS. WHAT KIND OF SPEAKERS ARE ON OUR LIST OF MOTIVATIONAL SPEAKERS & VIRTUAL PRESENTERS? We represent Canada’s top keynote, workshop, and Masters of Ceremonies.
WHY WORK WITH SPEAKERS CANADA? You can find all kinds of speakers on the internet, right? But how good are they? Are they fitting to your event? Speakers Bureau of Canada is a motivational speaker bureau & talent agency with experienced team members who know that the speaker you select can either make or break your event.
PRESENTATION DURATIONS & AUDIENCE ENGAGEMENT complement one another, as the longer the presentation, the higher the risk there will be of losing the engagement of the audience. Speakers Bureau of Canada’s speakers are dynamic and able to accommodate the session format and duration set out by the organization for workshop, keynote & virtual presentations.
I ONLY NEED THE SPEAKER FOR 30 MINUTES…IS IT CHEAPER? Whether you book a speaker for 20 minutes to 60 minutes keynote/virtual session or a 90/120-minute workshop session, the fee generally will stay the same. If you book a speaker for sessions that extend past the 90–120-minute (depending on session format) time frame, the speaker’s rates will slightly increase as they consider this to be an additional presentation or a half-day/full-day session, depending on your session requirements.
When planning an event, there are many things a motivational speaker can assist with to add value to the event. Many speakers have unique ways they can engage audience members to attend the event and to offer value to engage attendees at the event.
Do you need to find and book a speaker, but you may not have the funds? Would you like to hire a speaker within a limited budget? Do you know how much speakers charge? Do you require a talented speaker bureau representative familiar with the public speaking industry with strong relationships with speakers to negotiate the fee on your behalf?
HOW DOES A SPEAKER BUREAU WORK? ARE THERE ADDITIONAL CHARGES IN WORKING WITH A SPEAKER BUREAU VS WORKING WITH A SPEAKER DIRECTLY? Bureau commissions come out of the speaker’s fee and our services are free to the organization that books a speaker. We provide a value-added service with no hidden agency costs to speakers or clients.
Video types also vary depending on the speaker and the production companies they work with. Some speakers’ videos may be outdated or may have production teams that did not capture the full ability of the speaker. Since each presentation is specifically tailored for the audience and the organization, we recommend that videos are only used to learn if the speaker has the ability to address the audience effectively and not to focus on the content within each video.
