TRISH TUTTON BIOGRAPHY

After years of working in cultures where stress and burnout were seemingly the only way to success, Trish Tutton suffered a shocking loss and things became clear: “STRESS IS UNAVOIDABLE,” but it doesn’t have to dictate our lives. She took on a mission to figure out how to manage stress  – how to live and work happier and her passion is helping create calmer, happier and more effective people and workplaces. She believes that, as Annie Dillard says, “How we spend our days is, of course, how we spend our lives” and that spending over 90,000 hours at work in a lifetime is an opportunity to work happier.

Trish Tutton has studied mindfulness in different forms for over a decade and translates the practices for our modern and often chaotic world. Far more than a certified yoga teacher, Trish has completed multiple training including Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction developed at the University of Massachusetts Medical Centre, as well as Google’s Mindfulness and Emotional Intelligence course, Search inside yourself and twice-yearly, takes personal retreats to further her studies. She’s also completing the Co-Active Training Institute’s Coaching Course, and is proud to be a supportive coach to her clients.

Unlike other consultants, Trish Tutton has worked in organizations for the better part of her career, navigating teams and problem-solving. This positions her uniquely, to offer practical and realistic solutions for integrating mindfulness at work. She loves working with companies that understand that the well-being of their staff directly influences the well-being of their company.
