We acknowledge with respect that our work spans across the ancestral and traditional territories across Turtle Island, with our offices located in the land of territories of Indigenous, Inuit & Métis Peoples of Treaty 6 and Treaty 7. At our Edmonton office, we are situated on Treaty 6 territory, a traditional gathering place for diverse Indigenous Peoples. This land honors the Cree, Blackfoot, Métis, Nakota Sioux, Iroquois, Dene, Ojibway, Saulteaux, Anishinaabe, Inuit, and many others who have shaped our community. At our Calgary office, we are located on Treaty 7 territory, which is home to the Blackfoot Confederacy, including the Siksika, Piikani, and Kainai First Nations, and the Stoney Nakoda tribes comprising the Chiniki, Bearspaw, and Wesley First Nations, Tsuut'ina First Nation, and the Métis Nation of Alberta, Region III. We recognize and honour the cultural heritage, traditional knowledge, and deep connection to land, water, and communities that enrich our shared heritage. Their ongoing contributions continue to help build meaningful connections and influence for our community, providing guidance for us to heal and grow from our past.
