Marc Haine is a leading customer and employee experience strategist, consultant, and professional speaker dedicated to helping organizations master the art of service excellence. With more than 35 years of experience in hospitality, retail, and other customer-facing industries, Marc has developed practical frameworks for leaders to design authentic, value-driven experiences that strengthen engagement and loyalty.

He is the author of Lights! Camera! Action! Business Operational Excellence Through the Lens of Live Theatre, which redefines organizational culture through the analogy of live performance.

Marc Haine believes that the moment a guest, client, or employee interacts with a brand, it is showtime. He teaches that each interaction communicates a company’s values, mission, and integrity. As a trainer and speaker, Marc helps leaders connect the dots between culture, performance, and human emotion to deliver memorable experiences that stand out in competitive markets.
