12 week program for companies needing to create a shift in the leadership culture that allows the business to operate without the shackles of a dysfunctional team.

Awareness Assessment

This is a very important beginning of the program, to take a deep dive into what the challenges are within the culture of the company. The value found in this step will be most effective if completed in full by team members at various levels within the company to get the fullest picture of the current culture.

Mission/Vision/Values assessment or creation

Two possible approaches with this phase. First is if they have this, or a version of this in place already. Second will be if they have not done the work on this before or for a long time. Now that the awareness is high, the work on what the desired culture of the company is can begin.

Language Training

This training would be offered in multiple formats in order to assist the team in how best to remain genuine through effective and productive verbal and written communication. Video content will provide training with Q&A time and email audits.

Culture SOP’s

With the newly created Mission/Vision/Values we can begin to build Culture SOP’s to refer back to as guidance and for correction. With this solid foundation in place the work done through this program will stand the test of time. First step in this process will be for the management to brainstorm SOP’s that matter to their company for review and audit.

Conflict Resolution

This portion of the program is offered to support the management in conflict resolution within their team but also to allow the team strategies and confidence in managing customer conflicts. Far beyond “the customer is always right” the approach is from the perspective of “the customer’s perception has value to them” and how the team members can use that shift in focus to have a happy customer in the end. Training will also include when and how to fire a customer.

Hiring and Release Protocols – it is important that these protocols are built from within. This will be the third brainstorm session for the management team. Guidelines will be offered for each to begin the process.
