Dr. Rafael Chiuzi is an Assistant Professor and Organizational Behaviour at the University of Toronto Mississauga. Dr. Rafael Chiuzi is also the instructor of the Global Business course at the Global Leadership Development Program at UTM and a guest professor at FDC Business School in Brazil.
Dr. Rafael Chiuzi is a published author on organizational behaviour and human resource management and a recognized researcher and innovator in these fields. Outside academia, Dr. Rafael Chiuzi is an experienced management consultant with a strong, demonstrated capacity to leverage human capital for the benefit of organizations and people alike.
In his ten-plus years of innovative implementation of human resource tools, practices and approaches, Dr. Rafael Chiuzi has been able to overcome widespread organizational challenges, and successfully implement and realize the benefits of meaningful, lasting, and profitable change across the Globe.
Dr. Rafael Chiuzi’s area of speciality, including his doctoral thesis, is beneficial, organizational change. More often than not, this involves robust succession planning, exploration and encapsulation of leadership identity in specific contexts, and the subsequent management of all related matters. Dr. Rafael Chiuzi received his doctorate in social and work psychology from the University of São Paulo and has a master’s in health psychology from Methodist University, São Paulo.
