DR. JEREMY GOLDBERG BIOGRAPHY
Dr. Jeremy Goldberg is a compassion-cultivating, day-making change agent, an empathy-collecting, anti-quitting word wizard, a ferocious never-giver-upper, and a connoisseur and collector of fine silver linings. A Ph.D. scholar with more than 20 scientific publications, Jeremy spent five years studying the science of behaviour change, specifically how attitudes affect action and how we can communicate to inspire more significant and lasting impacts, both individually and collectively. He has worked for the Australian and American governments and several research organizations, managing teams of people and millions of dollars in federal grants. Jeremy has presented his research at international conferences and has been featured by The Huffington Post, ABC News, The Good Men Project, and more.
While writing his Ph.D. thesis, Dr. Jeremy Goldberg started a side project called Long Distance Love Bombs to make kindness cool, empathy popular, and compassion commonplace. He gave a TEDx talk called “What if kindness was cool?” and started leaving handwritten notes of encouragement and inspiration everywhere he went before sharing his writing on social media and various online publications such as Thought Catalog, Elephant Journal, and others. His ideas have started a wave of kindness that helps people find the strength to fight heartache, improve their relationships, pursue their dreams, and make the world better than yesterday.
Since 2016, Dr. Jeremy Goldberg has worked full-time in the personal development industry as a life coach, workshop facilitator, podcast host, and author. His book, It’ll Be Okay, And You Will Be Too, is a book of inspirational words meant to be read, shared, and (quite literally) torn apart and left behind. Jeremy is active on social media, with more than 44,000 followers on Instagram and 20,000 on Facebook. Jeremy also regularly leads events worldwide, including retreats on four continents and a unique “Walking Retreat” along the Camino de Santiago in Spain each summer.
His podcast, The Long Distance Love Bombs Podcast, initiates and facilitates conversations that shift perspectives toward a more conscious and compassionate collective. Primarily operating in the personal development space, Jeremy has interviewed more than 200 coaches, therapists, relationship experts, meditation teachers, musicians such as Leann Rimes, and numerous NYT-bestselling authors. The podcast has nearly half a million downloads, ranking it as one of the world’s top 1% of podcasts. Jeremy has also been a guest on more than 50 podcasts.
As a keynote speaker, Dr. Jeremy Goldberg combines his vast scientific knowledge, years of personal experiences, and unique poetic voice to provide a highly inspiring and engaging talk to help bring people together, connect with each other, and change their lives for the better.

You’ve got a lot of time on your hands right now, so how are you using it? Do you feel excited and confident, or are you stuck and stagnant? Whether it’s cooking and cleaning and reading the news or scrolling Instagram and watching Netflix or chatting with friends, you might not really have much progress to show from this whole post-pandemic life, right? There are always so many distractions! To make matters worse, you are so scattered that when you do have time to devote to your dreams and desires, you don’t know where to start or what to do next. There is no clear plan except to feel overwhelmed, procrastinate, and then feel bad.
Maybe you start and then stop and are so hard on yourself that you don’t continue. Maybe you judge yourself harshly. Maybe you give up. Then you feel bad about feeling bad and before you know it, it’s tomorrow again and you go back to more of the same stuff that’s not working for you. And your stuff still doesn’t get done. Again, and again, and again…if only you had a system to help you prioritize your life and your time. If only you could design your days to ensure you focus on your goals. If only you created progress instead of excuses.
Dr. Jeremy Goldberg is here to help. In this talk, he will share some of the scientifically-proven, heart-centred habits and routines to help you start the right rituals, stick to your goals, and radically change your life. When this talk is done, you’ll know what you really want to do. You’ll recognize why you’re getting in your own way and you’ll understand how you can start to make more progress with more fun moving forward. If distraction, procrastination, or imposter syndrome are concerns for you or your company, this is the talk for you.
the kindness advantage: connecting through kindness

What if Kindness Was Cool and How Do We Build a Connection with it? We live in a world of war, sexism, racism, fascism, famine, poverty, pollution, corruption, starvation…the list goes on and on. It’s easy to forget the good, and due to the various sensations and emotions that life causes us, it also occasionally pushes us apart. More than ever, in times of crisis or stress, we must learn what is separating us, but more importantly, what brings us together. We forget our commonality and we neglect the tender humanity of ourselves and those around us.
In this talk, Dr. Jeremy Goldberg helps people see the world differently and asks us, “what if perspectives of kindness, gratitude, and vulnerability were seen as a means to foster connection and empathy between people and teams? What if there were little tricks available to transform a group of people into a more grateful, graceful, and productive unit?” The things going on below the surface are not meant to be hidden. They’re meant to be shared. And in those moments, we see one another more clearly and compassionately, catalyzing connection, acceptance, and change along the way.
