At age 28, he began a 20-year career in Canadian Broadcasting that took him to the very top at CFRB 1010 radio and host of Summit of Life on Global Television.  21 years ago, he left to found Taylormadeleadership.  His study of the science of human behaviour and neuroscience for more than 30 years was the foundation making him a recognized behavioural expert.

His approach to driving exceptional client service through understanding behaviour has become a cornerstone of his work.
