Throughout her athletic and coaching career, Georgette Reed has observed the severe repercussions of neglecting mental health, alongside physical and emotional well-being. In this illuminating talk, Georgette intends to shed light on mental health issues, enhancing the audience’s comprehension and empathy.

She emphasizes that unchecked negative thoughts can derail the best intentions, leading to a cycle of self-defeat and despair.

These startling statistics highlight how we, as a society, may inadvertently be thinking and talking our way into sickness and disease.
